Reporting an Absence


When a student will be absent, his or her parent or guardian MUST call the primary phone number. As a reminder, West’s primary phone number is 708-449-6400.
   at the numbers listed below on the date of the absence, in order for the absence to be authorized. Parents should be ready to supply the following information when calling:

• Student’s name and ID number
• Date(s) of absence
• Reason(s) for absence
• Parent/Guardian’s name, and relationship
